First Deployment: once setup how to use a cli on hosting

Hey guys I’m trying to deploy my server/dbs on railway, so far I’ve got my 2dbs connected to my express app however what I would do next if this was local is use the sequelize cli to setup the tables and import the default data however I cant seem to find out how to do this on a hosting service what are my options for doing?
