I’m struggling to find a way /logic for my weekly activities calendar.

I’ve created a weekly calendar, to register weekly activities. The dates change from combo-box drop-down menu, however, the inputs under stay.
Is there a way, to hide the data only (not clients info on the left) according to the week chosen ?
What im trying to say is:
If I choose the week 19th of September and make all my inputs. The week after, when I choose week 26th, the fields clear.
However, if I re-choose the week 19th, I find all my input data again ?
It’s important, that the previous data from other weeks stays safe.
