Access the proxy sign in popup in browser via javascript

Is it possible to access the elements inside the proxy sign-in alert/prompt that comes in the browser?

I was thinking to automate the sign-in process whenever this alert/prompt comes. But not sure whether it is accessible through javascript.

Can anyone help?
